Histoires de Parfum

I had the delight to visit the exquisite Histoires de Pafum while in Paris recently.

After an appointment with my agent in Paris i decided a new fragrance was in order. This one spoke to me.

What's fascinating is how this perfume commemorates 1969 not just as a political or cultural moment, but specifically as an erotic revolution - capturing how the period's liberation movements were fundamentally about bodily autonomy, sexual freedom, and challenging traditional constraints on desire and sexuality, particularly for women.

It features top notes of peach and fruits of the sun, heart notes of rose, white flowers, cardamom and clove, and base notes of patchouli, chocolate, coffee and white musk The Scent Room. The patchouli is particularly evocative of the 1960s era Fragrantica, while the chocolate and musk emphasize sensuality.
